Summertime!

Play is a child's work and is the essence of all learning!

Letter of the Day

We have been exploring a different letter of the alphabet each day.  For the letter E the children worked together as a team to construct an "Egg Protector".  There were a variety of materials that they could use.  We then walked to the track bleachers and dropped the "egg" to the ground.  Out of 5 eggs only one broke!

Registration for 2012-2013 School Year

 An Open House will be held on Monday February 13 from 1:00-2:00 pm in the preschool classroom, Room 702.

 

Applications for the 2012-2013 school year will be accepted beginning the week of Feb. 13.

• Applications are available in the high school main office or online.
• Applications may be turned in to the high school main office or mailed.
• Applications are due by Friday Feb. 17 at 4 pm.
• We will continue to accept applications throughout the year to fill available spots or be placed on the waiting list.
• All applicants will receive a letter confirming their enrollment by the end of February.

Children applying for preschool must live in the Tigard district and need to be 3 years old before Sept. 1, 2012.  Parents will be asked to provide proof of age and residency at the time of application. 

Those accepted into the program will be asked to pay a $75.00 non-refundable registration fee to hold their place in the program.  

Little Tigers offers three different preschool sessions:

Session 1   Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:45-11:15    
                  $125.00 a month      4 year olds

Session 2   Tuesday-Friday                   12:00-2:30     
                  $150.00 a month      4-5 year olds

Session 3    Tuesday & Thursday            9:00-11:00  
                  $100.00 a month      3 year olds
